Dr. Lauren Saler is a licensed psychologist with over 25 years of experience. She maintains a private psychotherapy practice in Ardsley, New York, just north of New York City in Westchester County.

Dr. Saler provides individual consultation, counseling, and psychotherapy to older adolescents and adults around a wide range of concerns. Her areas of specialty include: depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship problems, self esteem issues, grief and loss, identity development, life transitions, and other related issues.

In addition, Dr. Saler's therapeutic work of over 20 years at a local University counseling center allows her to provide uniquely specialized private practice care to undergraduate and graduate students around all of their varied concerns.

Dr. Saler's therapy office is centrally located and easily accessible from Scarsdale, Hartsdale, Edgemont, Hastings, Dobbs Ferry, Irvington, Yonkers, White Plains, Tarrytown, and Sleepy Hollow. Individuals also come for counseling from towns in northern Westchester County, like Pleasantville, Armonk, Briarcliff Manor, Chappaqua, and Mount Kisco. In addition, those seeking psychotherapy can easily travel from towns to the east like Rye, Rye Brook, Larchmont, Mamaroneck, and New Rochelle. Travel from Rockland County, Manhattan, and the Bronx is also convenient as Dr. Saler's office is minutes from the Saw Mill River Parkway and the New York State Thruway (I-87). The office can also be reached via the Bee Line #5 bus.
